The classes of 1st year Honours students for the session 2013-2014 will commence on 08.08.2013 (Thursday). Students are requested to be present at Vidyasagar College, according to the following schedule.

* Marked rooms are at Bidhan Sarani Campus of Vidyasagar College.

The General students are requested to be present on 10.08.2013 (Saturday) at Vidyasagar College, according to the following schedule.

Online admission form is available in the websites www.vidyasagarcollege.edu.in and www.vsagar.wbcas.com from 10.00am of 4th June 2013 and the same are to be filled in and submitted online. The last date for online submission of form is 12.06.2013 up to 24.00 hours. Application fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) per form is to be deposited at any branch of Indian Overseas Bank of West Bengal on presentation of pay-in-slip (Bank Copy) which can be downloaded after submitting forms On-line. The list of branches of IOB (CBS) is available while filling up the Pay-in-slip. The last date of submission of application fee is 14.06.2013 (within Banking hours).

The candidate has to preserve his/her pay-in-slip(s) and produce it during the time counseling and admission process. Without pay-in-slip no claim for admission will be entertained. Candidates who passed 10+2 or its equivalent Examination from any Board or Council recognized by Calcutta University in 2010 and onwards are eligible to seek admission to First Year B.A. / B.Sc. (Honours / General) of 3 year degree course under 1+1+1 system for the session 2013-2014. Admission will be strictly on the basis of merit. For publication of provisional merit list of the applicants, the date of assembly, time, venue, etc in each subject/stream and also for related information, the applicants are directed to visit our websites after the publication of merit list. A candidate can access merit list through his/her student ID provided in the pay-in-slip and password he/she used during filling up of form. * Food & Nutrition Honours :
Biology is compulsorily be one of the subject in H. S. or Equivalent Examination to take Physiology as one of the two general subjects in degree course.

** Psychology Honours :
For Science combination (i. e. B. Sc. in Psychology) Biology is compulsorily be one of the subject in H. S. or Equivalent Examination.
